I would like to express to you what a pleasant experience my husband and I had with Bianca Dwyer, and The Dwyer Group, as our realtors for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Jonnie Dwyer and Bryan Dwyer are both a delight to work with. Jonnie was extremely attentive to my every question, worry and need. She kept me updated on both how my property was coming along with potential customers, and she didn't stop searching until we found the perfect fit for my new home. I honestly think I would've gone a little crazy if it weren't for her! She made sure I was 100% comfortable with every aspect of both selling my house and buying a new one and didn't rest until I was completely at ease. She and her team definitely went above and beyond to make me feel secure in every aspect of this process. She has also been helping my daughter in selling her home and finding a villa close to me in the same neighborhood. We have already recommended some friends who are interested in moving to proceed with Jonnie and her team, my daughter and I trust her wholeheartedly. My situation was unique in that I live in South Carolina now and didn’t want to come to Sarasota unless absolutely necessary to facilitate the sale of the home. Jonnie was my eyes and ears and legs. She coordinated the refurbishing of the home and gave me honest opinions about what needed to be done to get ready for the market. I appreciated her advice to wait until the home was perfect before putting it on the market…even though I was chomping at the bit because I was no longer getting rental income. We made a great team because, as a retired Realtor, I knew that pricing the home competitively at the start often saves you money in the long run. Again, as a retired Realtor, I am clear about what to expect from my real estate professional. Jonnie exceeded my expectations in every way. So an experience that could have cost me sleepless nights was actually enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jonnie to anyone needing help with marketing or purchasing a home, particularly in the Lakewood Ranch area.

I was extremely excited about the professionalism of Jonnie Dwyer's team at Michael Saunders & Company.It started with the very professional video produced for the internet. My family and their friends had only top reviews.The write up about the home is the best that I have seen. It was tightly written, organized and very appealing.Of course, the number of people the viewed the house was amazing. And, to have a solid contract in a very short time. We were so happy with everything about the sale of our house. You were so accommodating.Things have been pretty crazy since we left Florida. We’re living at our son's house on Lake Wiley in South Carolina so it’s kinda like a vacation, but looking for a new house all the time. Being with family is so special. I had interviewed a few Realtors that were recommended to me and Jonnie was by far the best! She has great communication skills, listens to her clients, wants them to feel comfortable in their decisions and she is honest. She always would ask, "what can I do for you, or let me know if you need anything." I will always highly recommend Jonnie as a Realtor. We worked with Jonnie for over two years to find the right home for us, and she showed us the properties we had an interest in from south of Venice to numerous ones in Lakewood Ranch. This was on top of us being 1200 miles away, in the midst of COVID challenges, and in the hottest real estate market in eats so many of the showings were virtual. Jonnie was customer-oriented and amazingly patient throughout and helped us with a variety of offers until the right opportunity presented itself.
